I rarely brag, if ever, but this is a proud moment. I made the most delicious meal tonight. I am so proud of my homemade meatball sandwich. It actually looks like the picture in the magazine and it tasted wonderful. I wish I could have made one for everyone I know. Here's to me and the continuation of experimenting and learning new meals that kick butt!

I thought it was a cinnamon roll with meatballs on top. I'm glad it was cheese. That would be one crazy craving!
